Refunds and Returns

First of all, we want to thank you for your interest in our products.  We take pride in offering pharmaceutical quality nutritional supplements with the convenience of having them delivered directly to you.  However, we understand that sometimes things change, so here are some things you might want to know…

• You may cancel your order any time prior to shipment by emailing customerservice@beachpharma.com.
• You may return any unopen bottles within 45 days of purchase for a full refund.  Please email customerservice@beachpharma.com for further instructions.  The customer will be responsible to pay for the shipping cost to send the product back.  A full refund will be credited to the customer’s account once the product is received.
